Warranty Policy

Although our products have been designed, engineered, field-tested and made in America with quality materials sometimes things fail and because of that we have a warranty. Should an issue arise from regular use then please read the Warranty Policy to be sure that your claim falls within our warranty criteria.

This warranty policy is applicable to all customers.

Issues not covered under warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation
  • Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse or neglect

This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the warranted product. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item, and repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty. This Limited 1-Year warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner, and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to products purchased online at MORSA’s website or through an authorized dealer or distributor. MORSA is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. Any claim under this warranty must be made through the MORSA website, an authorized dealer, or distributor. Return shipping is to be paid by the purchaser and proof of purchase is required.

To make a warranty claim, fill out the form below and mail the product to the Return Address. We encourage you to send your product to us by a traceable method (such as FedEx or USPS). MORSA is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
