RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of any product purchased from MORSA.CO, you have 30 days from time of delivery to contact us for a return authorization. If you purchased an MORSA product through one of our retail partners, please return that item directly through that store. Alternatively, you cannot exchange an MORSA product that you purchased through our website at an MORSA retail partner. Return authorization will be granted for any product provided the product is in new, unused and undamaged condition. Once we receive the product and verify that it is unused and undamaged, we will credit your credit card for the price of the product. You will not be credited for the outgoing shipping charge.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Unless otherwise noted, Product prices do not include shipping and handling, MORSA will use its discretion in selecting a reputable carrier and appropriate means of shipment. We ship most in-stock orders within 24 hours. Orders received after 3:00PM CST will be processed the following business day. You assume the risk of loss or damage to Products in transit. In the event of Product damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. If some of the items in your order are temporarily out of stock, we will ship the available items and place the others on back order.

MISSING AND/OR INCORRECTLY SHIPPED ITEMS

If an item was not included with the order or a mistake was made in the course of fulfilling your order (incorrect or missing item), MORSA will ship it to the customer at no expense.
